Every federal data source Fonteum ingests is listed below with its license, CMS Socrata dataset_id where applicable, release URL, refresh cadence, and last-pulled snapshot date. 15 source families currently registered.

A formal commercial-redistribution legal memo is being completed in Q2 2026 and will be published on this page on completion. The structured public-source listing below is itself a diligence-grade artifact in the interim — every cited source is verifiable against the CMS / OIG primary URL.

Every public field on every Fonteum surface is anchored to a registered public-record source. Derived datasets (CCN-anchored joins, identity graph rollups, per-state aggregations) preserve source attribution downstream — the SourceChip primitive on every rendered field cites source · last-checked date · limitations.
